New pastel studies of waves off north Cornish coast. There are two large scale paintings, on board (framed). I am continuing this theme with studies inspired by Cornish and Algarve beaches. Some re painted in acrylic and others in mixed media. I have developed a pasion for working in charcoal ( I never thought I would say that!), it works well for this subject, and gives a nice graphic feel for the UK coast - grey but dramatic!
